hi all this is jordan speaking...
i will be sharing with u wad to do to keep healthy...
1) eat more fried stuff it give u more energy den eating vegetables and because it gives u more energy...
2) u shud not run cos running will make u skinny and u will waste ur energy hahaha...and...
3) do not take diet pills cos there are side effets
